Softline 82 MD profiles are among the most modern profiles available on the market. They feature advanced technology and innovative solutions that ensure high energy efficiency. As a result, users can enjoy significant savings on building heating and cooling costs.

One of the key technical parameters of these profiles is their low heat transfer coefficient of 1.0 W/m²K. This means that these profiles provide excellent thermal insulation, minimizing heat loss in winter and preventing excessive interior heating in summer. Such a high insulation value is the result of the use of modern materials and a special chamber design that effectively reduces heat conduction.

Class A

In the Softline 82 MD profile, the outer walls are 3 mm thick, which, with a maximum deviation of just +- 0.2 mm, guarantees exceptional manufacturing precision. Thanks to such rigorous production standards, these profiles meet the requirements of PN-EN 12608 and are classified as Class A, which proves their superior quality. Class A according to this standard means that the profiles are characterized by excellent stability and durability, ensuring long-term use without loss of mechanical and thermal properties. Thick outer walls also contribute to increased resistance to mechanical damage, which is important both during the installation and subsequent use of the windows.

Number of chambers

There are 7 chambers in the frame of the Softline 82 MD profile, and 6 chambers in the sash, demonstrating the advanced technology and precise design to maximize thermal and acoustic insulation. Both the frame and the wing use a specially designed reinforcement chamber and steel profiles that significantly stiffen the entire structure. As a result, these profiles are characterized by exceptional stability and strength, which allows them to be used in large glazing and in buildings exposed to harsh weather conditions.

Seals

Softline 82 MD profiles, the custom version, use a center gasket in addition to the factory-installed two gaskets - external and internal. This advanced three-seal system significantly improves acoustic and thermal protection parameters. The outer seal effectively protects against the ingress of moisture and dirt, while the inner seal prevents air and dust from entering the premises for better insulation and cleanliness.
